Breath, Move, Be: Learn how to breath more efficiently, and how to use your breath to improve the health of your nervous system.

Are you an efficient breather? Take a few breathing tests to gain some insights into your nervous system state and how well you are breathing. Learn the three categories of breath practices and 6 breathing practices that can be incorporated into you everyday life to reduce stress and anxiety, balance moods, energize you physically and mentally, and improve your digestion and sleep quality. Learn the "how" and "why” we practice certain types of yoga breathing practices at different times of the day to improve the resiliency and health of your nervous system.
