A series of gentle yoga poses and stretches focusing on improving flexibility and balance, and promoting  a quieter mind and more tranquil heart. We will move slowly and deliberately, allowing you to attune into your body’s needs to become a more mindful practitioner.

Each class will incorporate mindful breathing exercises (called pranayama in yoga) to help you calm your nervous system, reduce stress, increase your mental clarity, and cultivate a sense of inner peace.

This class is perfect for all levels, whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi seeking a gentler practice.
