Class is offered: July 2, 16, 23 and August 6, 13, 20. Attend any one or attend them all. $20 per class. Teens ages 12-16.
Stressed about school? Drama with friends? Social media overload? Take a time-out from your busy life and find your center with mindful movement and chill vibes.
No experience? No problem. Rachel will guide you through poses, breathing techniques, and mindful practices that are appropriate for all levels of yoga, including raw beginners. Even if you already participate in a sport, yoga makes a great recovery practice, or can stand alone as its own workout.
