With Sarah Gouveia, Director of Programming, Krame Center for Mindful Living
Join us for this 1 ½ hour workshop and discover how cultivating the mind-body connection plays a vital role in our health and well-being. Through meditation and awareness of the body, we will deepen our present moment experience, heighten our cognitive and physical senses, and awaken our understanding of how interconnected the mind and body are. All levels of meditation experience are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat.
