Our muscles and tissues hold tension, emotion, tightness and stress. Chronic tight muscles eventually lead to pain. This  class utilizes therapeutic stretching techniques, including specialized fascial and resistance stretching and two Yoga Tune-Up or tennis balls and a foam roller that will promote flexibility and increase range of motion. Learn how to assess and address restrictions and adhesions in your tissues. Open to all levels.
