Whether you’re just beginning your running journey or you’re a seasoned racer, we’ll guide you through strategies to protect your joints, enhance endurance, and maintain strength and mobility for sustainable, injury-free running. Just in time to train for the fall race season! Learn how to tune into your body, recover smarter, and run with confidence for years to come. Join us and invest in a healthier, happier running future!
Workshop includes:
45 minutes of warm ups, running drills focused on mechanics and form, and a short run applying what we’ve learned
45 minutes of stretching and mobility exercises, focusing on a different area of the body each week
Breath exercises to increase breath capacity and facilitate recovery
Simple drills and stretches to do on your own
Private Facebook group for questions, discussion and community throughout the program
Your Sustainable running guides:
Gina Vantuno is a certified yoga instructor, running coach, and long distance runner who has participated in races ranging from 5Ks to marathons as well as road to trail and obstacle races.
Rachel Dewan, ERYT500, ECAT has been running injury-free for over 35 years, participating in races from 5K - Half-Marathon on roads and on trails. She has been a yoga instructor for 23 years.
