This class integrates AROM (active range of motion) and functional movement patterns to help bridge the gap between being “mobile” and “flexible.” We combine dynamic strengthening exercises that actively control and stabilize your joints through their full range of motion into playful yoga asana flows. You’ll build a body that isn't just "bendy," but resilient and protected against injury.
