Whether you're new to running or returning for more, Run & Recover offers the perfect balance of movement, form, and restoration. Each session begins with a brief running technique tutorial, followed by a short, all-levels run—ideal for beginners, seasoned runners in recovery mode, or anyone looking to build confidence. We’ll then transition into a yoga practice designed to support and enhance your running: expect targeted strength work, deep stretching, mobility exercises, and alignment-focused movement to keep your body healthy and injury-free.
This class is great as a follow-up to our spring Yoga/Running Series—or as a smart, supportive entry point for new students considering joining our fall session. Go at your own pace, build strength and awareness, and connect with a like-minded community.
