These 25-minute sessions, led by one of our highly skilled Shree teachers, combine guided and assisted stretching and gentle hands-on yoga techniques designed to relieve tightness, ease tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance to your body. Depending on the teacher, your session may also utilize foam rollers and balls for muscle release.
