These 25-minute sessions, led by one of our highly skilled Shree teachers, combine guided and assisted stretching and gentle hands-on yoga techniques designed to relieve tightness, ease tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance to your body. Depending on the teacher, your session may also utilize foam rollers and balls for muscle release.

What to expect:

  • 25-minutes of hands-on stretching and yoga addressing your particular needs using a variety of techniques.

  • We require reservations to be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance and cancellations also 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
  • Registration for 1:1 Stretch Sessions indicates your consent to have hands-on work done by your chosen teacher.
