Monday through Thursday we’re offering a daily 25 minute all levels yoga class and Friday a Core Class. Each short class will be recorded and available to all who are registered on demand for the duration of the series. If you can’t make the class time, do the recording on your own time. When you register for the series, you are automatically reserved for all classes in the series.

Cost
$180 for the 20 classes: 5 short class a week, 4 week series and video access for the month (4/12-5/7)
Video Access
The videos of the classes will be available to you for the duration of the series by logging into your Punchpass account and navigating to the Content Library link. Your videos will be stored there under "Short n' Sweet". Here is a of where to find them tutorial. The recording should be available within 2 hours of the class.
