Many of us suffer from pain and tightness in the lower back and hips often caused by poor posture, extensive sitting, injury, or over use. This special class will include both standing and floor work (a chair can be used for support). The class will focus on a variety of methods including yoga therapeutics, muscular engagement and specialized resistance stretching, to help unlock these areas.

- Ease sciatic discomfort
