Join Jill's popular Roll, Release, & Restore your neck and shoulders using a foam roller and REAL Stretch techniques. Jill will work the fascia and tight areas with tried and true techniques to release tension and free up chronically tight muscles. The class is designed to restore your body closer to its ideal state of alignment, balance, mobility, and grace in tune with the seasons.

Props for attending in person: Jill will provide rollers and balls - just bring your mat and water to drink.
