Join Jill's popular Roll, Release, & Restore your hips and lower back using a foam roller and REAL Stretch techniques. Jill will work the fascia and tight areas with tried and true techniques to release tension and free up chronically tight muscles. The class is designed to restore your body closer to its ideal state of alignment, balance, mobility, and grace in tune with the seasons.  

Props: Jill will provide rollers and balls - just bring your mat and water to drink.
