The Tantric tradition teaches that the nature of the universe is to play and partner yoga is a fun way to step into the playful nature of life and invite levity and joy into your yoga practice. Join Rachel to explore how to deepen your practice through community, connection, and support. In this playshop we will dive into some intermediate yoga poses both on our own and with the support of a friend, cultivating faith and community. You can bring a partner, a BFF, a yoga buddy, or come on your own and we will partner you with someone.
