Join Jill's popular Roll, Release, & Restore  your hips, legs and lower back using your own foam roller and REAL Stretch techniques.  The class is designed to restore your body closer to its ideal state of alignment, balance, mobility, and grace in tune with the seasons.  

Props: your own foam roller, a chair and a strap or equivalent and Melt Balls or other small super ball size balls if you are at home.  If you are in the studio, Jill will provide rollers and balls - just bring your mat.
